Enter Your Car For Auction
An entry form must be completed and this form will describe your vehicle and this will be read out by the auctioneer as your car goes under the hammer. You can book in your car for auction online or at our self check in facility at the auction or at our Sales desk. Please notify us if there is any outstanding finance due on the vehicle and whether you want to settle the balance out of the proceeds of sale.
Please fill out an entry form with an accurate vehicle description either online or:

1. at our sales office or:
2. at auction check in desk

We will process your entry form and carry out a vehicle history check to establish that the vehicle has not been written off or used as a taxi. We may also carry out a vehicle finance check to ensure proof of ownership.

Deliver Your Car For Auction
Deliver your car to the auction. Please make sure that you include the vehicle’s documentation (Log book/ Vehicle Licensing Certificate and ideally a Vehicle Registration Certificate)along with two forms of identification (a utility bill and passport are fine) and your entry fee (€90).

View the Auction/ Leave Your Contact Details
As a seller you do not have to actually view the auction. You may leave your contract details instead and if your vehicle is sold we will notify you by text.

Step 5.   Receive Payment
If you car is sold we will send you a cheque within five days of the auction. Please be aware that we organize transfer of ownership out of your name. Therefore you will need to sign the Vehicle Licence Certificate. We will send it to the Department of Environment where upon your vehicle will be transferred into the new owner’s name.
